Verksted / The concern /     The Klausen concern,   started up in 1948 under the name “Brødrene Klausen” (Klausen Brothers) doing smithy work and repairs for the local market. We have a stable workforce recruited from a district with almost a hundred years of industrial experience. With its strategic location in relation to the West Norwegian shipbuilding industry, the company has grown into a group employing advanced logistics and comprising four companies in two countries. This makes us very flexible with regard to the size and type of the contracts. The financial situation of the concern is very sound, enabling us to undertake large projects.
